Terms of participation
Written so a coordinator can plan without guessing. If we cancel, you are not left out of pocket.

| Group size | Minimum 6, maximum 14 participants |
| Confirmation | Confirmed at the latest 8 weeks before the start date |
| Payment | 30% deposit on registration, balance 30 days before the start |
| Cancellation more than 4 weeks before | We retain 30% |
| Cancellation less than 4 weeks before | We retain 50% |
| Visa refusal | Full refund minus €100, with the authority's written decision |
| Instead of cancelling | Move to any other date free of charge, or transfer your place to a colleague |
| If we cancel | Full refund and documented non-refundable flights covered up to €200 |
| Certificate | Issued with at least 80% attendance |
| Late registration | No surcharge, at any time |
We do not charge a late registration fee. If you find us three weeks before the course starts and there is a place, the price is the same.
